Silver Award for “Bloomora” | FLOWER POWER 2025 | Camelback Gallery | Arizona, US – Annita Apostolidou Platis

I am honored to share that my artwork “Bloomora” from The Seasons – Special Edition has received a Silver Award at the FLOWER POWER 2025 Art Awards, hosted by Camelback Gallery in Arizona, USA. This prestigious juried exhibition includes artists from 14 countries, and I’m grateful to represent Greece among such powerful voices in contemporary art.

“Bloomora” is a visual and poetic embodiment of the spring season.

Crowned in wild florals, Bloomora radiates with color, vitality, and deep reverence for the natural world. She embodies the spirit of spring in full flourish—a celebration of untamed elegance and the joyful force of renewal. Inspired by the fusion of “bloom” and the poetic suffix “-ora,” the name itself becomes a tribute to nature’s bloom and poetic power.

The award was juried by Sesse Lind, Holly Cannon, and Marie McCallum, with artworks selected based on theme interpretation, quality, and technical skill.

“Bloomora” reflects the spirit of Spring—its delicate renewal, emotional depth, and timeless bloom—through layered symbolism and mixed media collage.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Camelback Gallery team and the jurors—Sesse Lind, Holly Cannon, and Marie McCallum for their continued support of contemporary artists and for offering platforms that truly spotlight the creative voice.
